ASLAN
WISH YOU WERE HERE
music & lyrics by Roger Waters
This is a cover of a Pink Floyd number from a few years back.It is
on the 1999 album "Made In Dublin" which was recorded in Vicar Street.
Aslan's version is in my opinion better than the original.
"Tiochaidh Ar L?"

[C]So, so ya think you can t[D]ell
heaven from h[Am]ell, blue skies from [G]pain, can ya tell a green[D] field
from a cold steel [C]rail? A smile from a v[Am]eil? Do ya think you can [G]tell...
did they get you to [C]trade, your heroes for g[D]hosts, hot ashes for t[Am]rees
hot air for a cool br[G]eeze, cold comfort for c[D]hange, did you exc[C]hange,
a walk on part in the [Am]war, for a lead role in a c[G]age
[C]How I wish, how I wish you were [D]here
We're just [Am]two lost souls swimming in a fish bo[G]wl
Year after ye[D]ar
Running over the same old groun[C]d.
What have we found?
The old fea[Am]rs
Wish you were he[G]re
