#Mood For Trouble
# (words & music by Chris Cornell)
#
#
#This is one of the finest songs off of -Ultramega OK- by Soundgarden. It
#starts out with an acoustic strum and moves full swing into heart-wrenching
#territory.
#
#Basically, it begins with an acoustic strum of Am to C.
#The basic strum is Am / // / / / // / / C / // / / / // /
#This is played two times, then the two electric guitars, drums, and bass
#comes into play.
#
#While guitar 1 is playing A5 / // / / / // / / C5 / // / / / // /, guitar 2
#is playing the riff on the A string:
#
[A5] [C5]
This is played two times, the you play:
[D5] [//] [E5] [F5] [//] [C5] [G5][//][//]
Then you play the A5, C5 part. This continues on until the song changes
to a play on Em, G, and A chords. I think in the order of Em, G (3x)
then A played 4 times. This is played again, and then the song goes
back to A5, C5. I think it ends on strumming the G chord, although
I am not too sure.
I believe the lyrics are (I am not too sure about them, though):
My mood was in full swing
My mood was in full swing
I wanted to be free
Free to (walk so stale?)
I did not want to hear
The perfect thing to say
Dying to squeeze out
The ugly truth for everyone to hear
I did not want to fight
I did not want to kill
I wanted to be real
I wanted to believe
That I was the only one alive
The Chords Are:
[E] [A] [D] [G] [B] [E]
Am x 0 2 2 1 0
C x 3 2 0 1 0
A5 5 7 7 x x x
