So the song is straight forward and I've tabbed the intro but if you plan on
playing this song alone I recommend just doing the chords,
maybe single strum for the first verse?
When he plays in the video he often does little hammer ons and pull offs
with his index finger on some chords, and there is a lot of bass walk down
into other chords which I've tried best to replicate simply with
chords above the words.
Listen to the video to get timings as some parts are longer than others,
e.g the first em chord in the second verse is played twice as long
and the G6 chord for those who don't know is x3002x or atleast in this tab it is.

[G]Left wing, savoir faire
[Em]Ageing flicks of my thin brown hair
[C]Like an elegy, soaking me
[Am]Drenched in the language of social mobility
[G]But I don?t seem to mind,
[Em]The gruesome link between people and time
[C]It?s an enemy telling me
[Am]The wheels of profit Are circling in the opposite
Chorus
[G]Life d[Em]on?t ani[C]mate
Just creeps up on you sl[G]owly.
Su[G]rely [G/F#]holy [Em]water flows
th[G]e sam[G/F#]e as [Em]normal water does?
[G]Life d[Em]on?t ani[C]mate
Just creeps up on you sl[G]owly.
In Li[C]ttle[G6] Ita[Am]ly I re-adhere.[Em]
Verse 2
[G]Sojourn in my guilt
[Em]Wrestle words as the apostrophes wilt
[C]Let the elegiac, question why
[Am]Accidents happen or the well will dry
[G]So some come kill me quick
[Em]Tie me down to an anodyne drip
[C]To the will of god and the people with sticks
[Am]For filled with the shrill They show much better that
Chorus
[G]Life d[Em]on?t ani[C]mate
Just creeps up on you sl[G]owly.
