Chord/Tab song: I See Love

This is a beautiful song by the amazing Passenger, I've been looking for tabs on here but none sounded quite
right so I thought I'd make my own :) I've basically got this from this live performance:

He basically uses G and Am the whole way through, but as he plays each one he likes to flick between G and G7
and Am and Am7, and the G chord is slightly unorthodox, with the open A string so the chords he uses are:
