Song: His Hand Matched His Tongue
Artist: The Dear Hunter
Album: Act I: The Lake South, The River North
Tabbed By: Shrugs
-Standard tuning
-3:4 time signature
-Finger picking used until the 3rd chorus
I really wasn?t a fan of the only other tab of this song so I decided to do my own
of the tab. This is all done by ear, so there may as well be flaws, but to my ear this is
accurate. Give me a hoot if you wish to correct me or add anything to this tab. Thanks! ~Shrugs
Verse:
[A] [D] [A] [A]
[E] [E] [D] [D]
1st and 2nd Chorus:
[Bm] [Bm] [E] [E]
3rd Chorus: (Oh some day she?ll be gone)
[Bm] [Bm] [E] [E]
There are several variations to this part. The band has 4 guitarists so it becomes hard
narrow it down to just one, but this is what I hear most dominantly. I?m sure there are
guys just strumming the basic barre chords and open chords, etc.
