"Sunshine" by Juliana Hatfield
The previous "Sunshine" tab has some nifty chords, but they don't sound anything like
song. Here's my interpretation of "Sunshine." I'm sure the song is more complicated, but
I have sounds good.
Capo IV - For the capo-less, the chords in the parantheses are the actual sounding
But the song sounds brighter and closer to the recording with a capo.
Verse:

Had a flower but it never bloomed
In the darkness of my wasted youth
It was hiding in the shadows
Learning to become invisible
Uncover me
Weeping willow

I've been sleeping
I've been sleeping through my life
Now I'm waking up
And I want to stand in the sunshine
Bridge:
Am(C#m) Em(G#m) F#(A#) Em - Em7
? G#m7)
Ah oh ah oh
[Am(C#m)]Ah oh [Em(G#m)] ah [F#(A#)]oh
Verse:
Waking up
Forgotten memories of
Laughter and war
That we lived through
And all the people that I never knew
Chorus:
I've been sleeping through
My life
Now I'm waking up
And I want to stand in the sunshine
End:
[B(D#)]I'm wakin[A(C#)]g up[B(D#)][A(C#)]
[B(D#)]I want to[A(C#)] stand in [B(D#)]the sunshi[A(C#)]ne

[F#(A#)]I want to [E(G#)]stand in t[F#(A#)]he sunshin[E(G#)]e
The Em7(G#m7) is just an embellishment to make the progression sound better. You don?t
to use it.
