NOTES:
This is a pretty straight forward transcription. Im pretty much just giving
the chords here except for one small section of which I tabbed a few
measures. There are a few walking bass lines within the song. Arpeggiating
the chords as you go through those particular changes sounds great. I didnt
worry with trying to catch all of Phils other nuances. If you know the
changes, you can come up with your own licks as you go along (as long as
you have a decent understanding of chord/scale relationships). Have fun!
