Tomorrowland
The acoustic guitar in this song follows a very similar pattern on the G chord as is
seen in Depression. The entire song is pretty much a bunch of added electric guitar and
piano over the G chord.
Walk up and down the B string with the index and pinky fingers in the first and third
frets respectively. its not hard to hear. Follow this pattern on every G.
Play shapes 1,2, and 3 in the intro
Play shapes 1 and 2 in the first and third line of each verse, and shapes 1 and 3 on the
second and fourth line.
The chorus follows the exact same pattern as the intro, except for the last line, where
the fourth shape is played and then the pattern repeats.
G[1] 320003
G[2] 320013
G[3] 320033
G[4] 320050
I WILL USE NUMBERS TO CORRESPOND TO THE G SHAPES
Intro: G [1] G [2] G [3] G [4] Then go quickly through G(2) and G(1). Or
just play on the B string 1-0 and restart the pattern.
G [1] G [2]
You are all thats needed, to get you where you're going
G [1] B C G [1]
Tomorrow is the season, out on the western shore
G [1] G [2]
You are not the reason, nobody cares to notice
G[ 1] B
C G [1]
They never saw you leavin' cause they just don't know how to get somewhere
INTRO THROUGH THE CHORUS
You got a runnin' start, so you can feel the change
You had to heal your heart so you can live again another day
You got to live out loud, with no one to fear
With nothin' around to bring you down or to give you tears
G [2} G [3]
Out on the western shore, you are no longer brave
There is no one needed, to tell you what you're knowin'
There only is believin' out on the western shore
So you can leave the darkness, that always left you sleepless
You can forget the place full of twisted hypocrites who stop and stare
You got a runnin' start, so you can feel the change
You had to heal your heart so you can live again another day
You got to live out loud, with no one to fear
With nothin' around to bring you down or to give you tears
Out on the western shore, you are no longer brave
You are no longer brave

Everything you're needin', is in the right direction
Today is the season, out on the western shore
Now you are leavin', with nothin' that you're owin'
You can forget the streets full of punk mother fuckers that stop and stare
You got a runnin' start, so you can feel the change
You got to heal your heart so you can live again another day
You had to live out loud, with no one to fear
With no one around who ever bring you down or to give you tears
