Precious Pain
>From Melissa Etheridge's first album. The basic picking pattern is:
^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^
[1] [2] [1] [2]
and from the halfway through the first verse on, pretty much the whole
song follows this pattern. The intro and first line use a different
picking pattern (which is more difficult to follow AND keep time AND sing
to), so I suggest getting used to the core pattern before trying the
intro/1st verse.
