This is my first Tab. I probably got it all wrong but hey, I tried.

[D] From here in my ca[A6]ge I see them make pl[Bm]ans,
Hear them reassure inve[G]stors, shake presidents' hand[D]s.
[D] The men with machi[A6]nes put tubes into m[Bm]e,
They measure my vital[G] signs, my flight trajectory[D].
[D] They taught me to [A6]sit, taught me to lie d[Bm]own.
Told me that a thous[G]and years of wondering would end n[D]ow.
[D] They fed me my last meal[A6], was the same as my fir[Bm]st.
From here in my ca[G]ge, I watch the men wor[D]k.
[D] [A6]
[D] And now it's a f[A6]lurry of lab coats and hu[Bm]rry.
They talk about [G]budgets and taxpayers' mo[D]ney.
[D] And I wag my t[A6]ail and I be a good g[Bm]irl,
They forgot to walk me this [G]morning they were too busy changing the w[D]orld.
[D] And I'm out from my c[A6]age and I'm trying to be b[Bm]rave,
But the men they are[G] sweating and now they're i[D]njecting,
[D] And as I a[A6]wake
I'm shocked and [Bm]amazed.
A[G]t the sheer, crushing empty.
[G] And I look d[Asus]own on men's little [Bm]earth, s[A6]itting there [G]quietly, wondering what it's w[G]orth.
And I drift [Asus]away, [A]but that's okay[Bm], there's more[Asus] room to pla[G]y out here than back in my c[D]age.
A5(xxx225) Bm
And I know I will die, but that is fine,
Cause in some way[G] I am helping mank[D]ind.
A5(xxx225) Bm
And I don't understand, cause I'm not as smart as them,
But even a parac[G]hute would have shown that they c[D]ared.
[D] And so I float o[A6]n, space's only [Bm]dog.
Friend to the s[G]tars, pet of the [D]sun.
From my little [A6]ship I dream of my[Bm] bone,
A walk in the [G]park, something comfy to sleep[G] on.
And they call me[Asus] Laika but I'd just like to [Bm]say
That [A]I was born Li[G]ttle Curly and I'll die with that [G]name.
Yeah they call m[Asus]e Laika but I'd just like to[Bm] say
A G D(x00235)
I was born Little Curly and I'll die with that name.
