Feel the wind burn through my skin
Em7/D [ch]A7/D[/ch] D
The pain, the air is killing me

For years my limbs stretched to the sky
Em7/D [ch]A7/D[/ch] D
A nest for birds to sit and sing
But no[G]w my br[A7]anches [A#dim]suffer [Bm]and my le[D7]aves don't bear the g[Em]low

One day I was full of life

My sap was rich and I was strong
