The Horrors - Sheena Is A Parasite
Unfortunately, all the other tabs have been slightly off, so I thought I would post the
version.
Apologies if that sounds arrogant, but the chords used have all been confirmed by Josh -
guitar playing one...but you should know that
anyway :) - and where exactly they are played on the fretboard from
numerous live performances. So, I hope this is fairly conclusive...
"Verse: A C A G
Chorus: B G
don't remember the bridge, high stuff through delay." Joshua Von Grimm/Third, whatever
your boat
Intro - played on bass, but for guitar like so:
Just bass, drums and vocals until:
Chorus
[B] [G]
Verse
[A] [A] [C] [C] [A] [A] [G] [G]
Chorus
[B] [G]
Break
Sorry, haven't worked this out...maybe one day. However, Josh helpfully
adds "don't remember the bridge, high stuff through delay."
When playing live, I've seen him play stuff around the 12th frets...
Verse
[A] [A] [C] [C] [A] [A] [G] [G]
Chorus
[B] [G]
[End]
[A] [A] [A] [A]
Sheena is a champion of self-reliance
As soon as she needs it she knows just where the knife is
Her fingers aren't so fast anymore, it's been 29 years since she came to these shores/
is a Parasite/ Send her back to the sea they cried, but Sheena spat bile till they let
lie.
She claims she's working for the Lord but you know what she's looking for/ Sheena is a Parasite
Sheena's ambition sneers at your routine and behind that glass she sits, cold.
If Sheena was buried no one would care, She hates everyone she knows (no one) / Sheena
a Parasite Sheena is a Parasite, send her back across the sea.
