Praise to the Lord
Citizens
Intro:
[C] [G] [G] [Am] [G/B]
[C] [G]
Verse 1:
[C]Praise to the Lord, the Almighty, the King of cre[G]ation!
[C]O my soul, praise Him, for He is thy health and s[G]alvation![G][Am][G/B]
[Em]All ye who hear, [C]Now to His temple draw [D]near;
[C]Sing now in glad ador[D]at[C]ion![G]
Verse 2:
Praise to the Lord, Who over all things so wondrously reigneth,
Shelters thee under His wings, yea, so gently sustaineth!
Hast thou not seen how thy desires have been
Granted in what He ordaineth?
Verse 3:
Praise to the Lord, O let all that is in me adore Him!
All that hath life and breath, come now with praises before Him.
Let the Amen sound from His people again,
Let the Amen sound from His people again,
Let the Amen sound from His people again,
Gladly forever adore Him.
I didn't throw in any transitions between verses, but I imagine it's switching
between the 4 and the 1 and throwing in that walkup in the intro every now and then.
I think it's meant to be played pretty flexibly and with a lot of build up.
Enjoy! God bless~
