Chord/Tab song: Never the Culprit

Tuning: (low to high) C G C F A# D#

I know pulse ultra usually uses standard tuning dropped a full step (DGCFad)
but as far as I can tell this is the easiest way to play this song. I know it is at least
in dropped C cuz the song is in that key. But anywayz this sounds perfect and should be the
easiest way to play it.
