There's only parts of this tab floating about on the site so I decided to put the chords
lyrics for the whole song up. Really simple to play and great to sing. I think the
recording has a capo on the third but i play without. The intro and the solo use the
chord sequence so i didn't bother tabbing those. On the G you can use a Gsus2 but both sound
so i stuck with the G. Any comments or corrections to [email protected].
[Am]I have called you [Fmaj7]children, [C]I have called you [G]son,
[Am]What is there to [Fmaj7]answer when [C]Im the only [G]one?
[Am]Morning comes in [Fmaj7]paradise, [C]morning comes in [G]light,
[Am]Still I must [Fmaj7]obey, still I [C]must in[G]vite.
If theres [Am]anything to [Fmaj7]say, if theres [C]anything to [G]do,
If theres [Am]any other [Fmaj7]way, Ill do [C]anything for [G]you.

[Am]I was dressed em[Fmaj7]barrassment, [C]I was dressed in [G]wine,
[Am]If you had a [Fmaj7]part of me [C]will you take your [G]time?
[Am]Even if I [Fmaj7]come back, [C]even if I [G]die,
[Am]Is there some [Fmaj7]idea to re[C]place my [G]life?
Like a [Am]father to im[Fmaj7]press, like a [C]mothers mourning [G]dress,
If you [Am]ever make a [Fmaj7]mess, Ill do [C]anything for [G]you.
[Am]I have called you [Fmaj7]preacher, [C]I have called you [G]son,
[Am]If you have a [Fmaj7]father or [C]if you havent [G]one.
Ill do [Am]anything for [Fmaj7]you,
Ill do [C]anything for [G]you,
Ill do [Am]anything for [Fmaj7]you,
